2016년 핀란드 건축 사무소 스튜디오 푸이스토(Studio Puisto)가 설계해 이듬해 파리 월드와이드 호스피탈리티 어워즈에서 '최고 혁신 호텔 콘셉트'로 선정된 로바니에미의 랜드마크 호텔입니다. 가파른 숲속 경사면에 기둥 위에 올려진 소형 독채들이 핀란드 전통 장난감 '카퓔레흐마(käpylehmä, 솔방울 소)'에서 영감을 받아 설계되었으며 침대 발치의 통유리 창으로 눈 덮인 침엽수림과 오로라를 감상할 수 있습니다. 아틱 글라스하우스(Arctic GlassHouse) 타입은 전용 프라이빗 사우나를 갖추고 있습니다. 레스토랑 라카스(Rakas)에서는 순록과 라플란드산 식재료로 만든 북유럽 요리를 제공합니다. 산타파크(SantaPark) 바로 옆에 위치해 있으며 산타클로스 빌리지까지 도보로 이동 가능합니다.
